Our mission is to provide a quality child care program in a learning and loving environment. Our goal is to attract and train qualified staff to provide young children with exciting learning experiences and prepare them to succeed in school. Our philosophy is rooted in learning in a loving, faith-based environment, creating educational, stable, and developmental environments for children to grow and thrive while genuinely caring for them. We focus not just on academics but also on the core foundation of social and emotional development to help children succeed throughout their lives.
The staff at our learning center are trained, enthusiastic individuals selected not only for their educational backgrounds and experiences but also for their understanding of and dedication to young children. Many of our lead teachers and management possess a Child Development Associate (CDA) or a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an Early Childhood related field.
In addition, teachers receive ongoing education and professional workshops in Early Childhood Education through an extensive corporate training program. Finally, we support our teachers in their efforts to continue their education through our in-house CDA program and our college scholarships.
